QUT seeks a comprehensive solution to transform its current course information system, Studyfinder. We invite qualified vendors to submit proposals for a system that can replace and enhance Studyfinder's functionality, effectively integrating with CourseLoop and the Student and Academic Management System (SAMS). This solution should address existing technology, process, and people-related challenges, streamline data management, and reduce the administrative burden on staff. The scope of work includes system procurement, data migration, decommissioning of Studyfinder, implementation and integration, training, communication and change management, testing, deployment, and transition to service activities. QTender has the following limitations when uploading submission responses:
Total of no greater than 50 files and 100mb per upload
File names should contain only Alphanumeric characters and be short and succinct.
