Dutton Park SS PWD Ramp (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a PWD Ramp at Dutton Park SS, located at 112 Annerley Road, Dutton Park QLD 4102, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The scope includes the construction of a new covered walkway from the main school level to the oval. All works are to be completed by January 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million.
