Provision of a professional service provider to:
Survey the capacity and utilisation of vehicle parking at all 159 park ‘n’ ride (PnR) facilities across South East Queensland annually in March
Conduct passive field staff surveys at 3-5 PnR sites each year (depending on cost). Field staff will observe the number of commuters arriving at the PnR site via car (commuter car park), kiss 'n' ride, bus transfers, cycling and walk-ups. These surveys will run at the same time as the wider park 'n' ride survey
Survey the supply, capacity and utilisation of bicycle parking facilities at 319 transport stops and stations across South East Queensland annually in March

67 in 2022/23 survey (survey in year 1)
100 in 2023/24 and 2024/25 surveys (survey years 2 and 3)
22 Busway Stations
18 Light Rail Stations
28 CityCat and Ferry terminals
5 Multi-modal interchanges
146 Railway Stations (utilising spy camera or similar technology to survey bicycle boxes)
Follow-up survey of vehicle parking utilisation at 30 selected park ‘n’ ride facilities annually in May
