Short listed respondents from the Stage 1 EOI process are now invited to Stage 2 and offer for the provision of a Darling Downs District Flood Study (DDDFS) covering the major State and National Highway network within the District. The DDDFS is intended to support development of context-sensitive flood vision standards for the network and a prioritised list of infrastructure upgrades that will progressively improve resilience of the existing network during flood events. The outcomes of the study are expected to deliver benefits for freight supply chains and the travelling public.
Prequalification Levels of HD3 and ES2 and either TE3 OR TP3 OR TLUM3 apply.
