The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Instrumentation and Monitoring at ID 800 Calliope and ID 801 Anabranch bridges, For Fitzroy District.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- supply and install instruments for continuous (12 months) and rigorous structure monitoring in response to moving heavy vehicle loads on Calliope and Anabranch bridges on Gladstone – Mt Larcom road at Gladstone region. Continued monitoring beyond 12 months period are subject to review of outputs and conclusive and meaningful evidence at the end of 12 months duration.
- collect and provide reliable, accurate and accessible data to inform the management of heavy vehicle traffic accessing the bridges, and
- record data with timely alert system for critical movements and during breach of existing load limits and movements aside of bridge centreline travel.
- to display the data on a portal for ease of access by TMR
- provisional requirement to video record front and or rear view of vehicle movements
It does not include On-site access to the bridge for installation, Traffic control, Provision of calibration vehicles or Roadtek support.
