| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Open Learning Area at Hilder Road SS, located at 104 Kaloma Road, The Gap QLD 4061, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TARGETED) program. All works are to be completed by June 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
