| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of DDA compliant access to the Braille Library at Narbethong Special School, located at 25 Salisbury St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102, as part of the Targeted Maintenance (TMP) program.
The scope comprises the design and construction of various ramps with balustrading and screens, as well as minor landscaping works. All works are to be completed by May 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
