Caboolture State School - Tuckshop Upgrade (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Upgrade at Caboolture SS, located at 12-16 George Street, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Tuckshop Upgrade program.  The refurbishment includes inter alia, demolition of the internal spaces and supply and install of new benches, equipment, floors, ceilings and services. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

 

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
