| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a OLA at Humpybong SS, located at Ernest Street, Margate QLD 4019, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.
The new outdoor learning area comprise of sandstone block tiered seating and composite deck stage. The position of the building is at the back of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
