Consultants are invited by the Client in this Request for Offer HCD Project Manager – Detailed Business Case for the provision of the following Services on the Cairns Health and Innovation Centre (CHIC):
The Consultant is required to complete the Scope of Works, incorporating the following roles, inclusive but not limited to:
Project Manager for the development of a Detailed Business Case;
Supporting team of specialised Sub-consultants; and
All other resources and activities required to complete a fit-for-purpose Detailed Business Case for the Project that meets all relevant State and national policies, regulatory frameworks and standards
