INVITATION TO OFFER: AQ 003/2024 CI011 Mechanical Switchboards Replacement (MCC6, MCC9 & MCC10)

The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts acting through Arts Queensland sought Tenders to undertake the following building works project:

• AQ 003/2024 CI011 Mechanical Switchboards Replacement (MCC6, MCC9 & MCC10) (the Project).

The Project scope included replacement of three (3) x Motor Control Centre’s (MCC) including Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical and BMS. The Principal appointed a Head Contractor (building) in the role of Principal Contractor responsible for sourcing, engaging and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors required to complete the works.

SPECIAL NOTES:

1. Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) and Site Inspection applied to this ITO and attendance was mandatory – refer to the applicable MIB section in ITO.
2. PQC Eligibility - Tenderers listed on the project specific AQ 003/2024 Prequalified (PQC) System 'Eligible Tenderer Report'.
