| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Hall Drainage Rectification at Oxenford State School, located at 90 Michigan Drive, Oxenford QLD 4210, as part of the Refurbishment & Rectification (R&R) program.
The scope comprises external works to rectify drainage issues on existing Hall Building. Including new stormwater, swale drains & pits. All works are to be complete by June 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
