The Anti-Ligature Project contractor will address the scope of works outlined in the Tender documents and provide a functional solution that delivers the performance requirements outlined and meets the project aims and objectives.
The duration anticipated for this project is discussed in Part A and Part B tender documents, the objective for the project is to deliver it on time and on budget.
This project necessitates working within an active hospital environment, requiring the Contractor's expertise in this field. The Contractor must accommodate requirements for relevant infection control measures, pre-fabrication, cranage, material storage for installation, staging, demolition, and modifications while ensuring continuity of service throughout the entire duration of the project delivery.
The successful execution of the Anti-Ligature Project is contingent on adherence to the Principal Project Requirements (PPR) outlined in this document. These requirements have been developed to ensure that the project aligns with the objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements set forth by MNHHS and all other relevant authorities.
