RFQ TITLE: Queensland Culture Centre (QCC) Flood Resilience Business Case - Financial & Commercial Advisor and Business Case Author
The State of Queensland acting through Arts Queensland, Department of Treaty, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Communities and the Arts as represented by Arts Queensland (the Customer) sought quotations for the provision of Professional Services – Tranche 1 through the supply arrangement established under the Queensland Government’s Standing Officer Arrangement (SOA) QGP00500-18 (T1) Finance, Audit and Economics Finance Specialisations - Business Case Review.
The Customer sought Professional Services of a financial and commercial analyst and business case author (the “Supplier”) to develop a Stage 1 or Gate 0 Strategic Business Case to improve flood resilience of the Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC).
The Supplier will report to the Customer's nominated Business Case Manager in collaboration with the Director, Arts Queensland Property & Facilities.
The Supplier will be required to perform the general requirements and scope of services specified within the attached document Professional Services Specification titled AQ 026 2024 RFQ Attachment 1 Professional Services Specification Final.
