Pre Assembled Modules (PAM's) are large components of major infrastructure projects that are fabricated off site and then transported as complete modules to the designated operating locations for final assembly. 

Offers are invited by The Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation for the provision of consultancy services to develop a business case for the establishment  of a PAMs out-loading common user facilitiy at various Queensalnd locations. 

The objective of this study is to undertake a comprehensive review  of all aspects of the business case for establishing a commercially viable PAMs facility in Queensland.  The study will include an indepth competitior review, analyse the level of local interest in participating in the facility, consider the impact of project cycles in terms of facility utilisation over the long term and assess what features are necessary for potential user groups.
