The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works is seeking State Facilitated Development Professional Service Providers.
The State Facilitated Development (SFD) pathway is a new streamlined process to deliver on the current priority of the State, which is the need for affordable housing and to build more homes, faster. The SFD pathway offers a more efficient process and reduced timeframe compared to the conventional development applications.
The Department is seeking to establish a suite of service agreements across multiple disciplines to enable the efficient engagement of professional / technical services relating to the built environment.
QUESTIONS FOR CLARIFICATION - All questions for clarification are to be submitted to Corporate Procurement prior to 12PM QLD 12pm Wednesday, 1 May 2024
CLOSING DATE AND TIME - Suppliers are to submit their response on or before strictly 2PM QLD time, Monday, 13 May 2024
LODGEMENT - Suppliers are to submit their responses via the QTenders portal tender notification
