| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Block D Music GLA at Goodna State school, located at 1 Albert Street, Goodna QLD 4300, as part of the Ed4All program.
The scope includes the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing ground floor GLAs to create a new music GLA including structural changes, all new partitions, joinery, finishes and services. All works are to be completed by January 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $2,000,000.00
