The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for
Design and construction/fitout of new leased premises, pelican waters marina - MSQ Caloundra office.
- Design and construction of the following within the warehouse area
- PWD toilet and shower
- Locker/change area
- Kitchenette and HWS
- Overhead power supply to facilitate 2 x Jetski charging
- Electrical outlets to support kitchenette function
- Design and construction of the following within the existing office area
- Office furniture
- 3 x (1800 x 800) workstations
- 3 x workstation caddies/draws.
- 3 x office chairs
- 1 x café style 900mm round meeting table + 3 chairs
- Construct a secure front entry area with counter and door to office area (to create customer separation)
- 3 x 1200mm high lockable tabours for storage
- Window treatment to front windows to reduce western afternoon sun impact.
Additional electrical outlets to support office function and furniture
A non-mandatory site inspection will be held on Friday 16 February 2024 11am at Unit 5, Pelican Waters Marina, 2 The Basin, Pelican Waters.
