The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
1 x 4 bedroom detached house - 6 Eagle Terrace, Weipa
1 x 4 bedroom detached house - 29 Eagle Terrace, Weipa
1 x 3 bedroom detached house - 58 Fairway Avenue, Weipa
1 x 3 bedroom detached house - 62 Fairway Avenue, Weipa
1 x 3 bedroom detached house - 66a Fairway Avenue, Weipa
2 x 4 bedroom detached houses + 3 x 3 bedroom detached houses + 2 x 2 bedroom duplex - Lots 1, 2 & 3 Kingfisher Court, Weipa
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)
