Council is seeking a Contractor for the provision of services for undertaking ongoing management and promotion of the Mirani Swim Centre, Mirani Caravan Park, and Mirani Community Hall, ensuring that the best commercial and community outcomes are achieved on behalf of the Council.

The services to be provided at the Venue must include all activities necessary to deliver a program that caters to as broad a cross-section of the community as possible. In keeping with good industry practice for similar facilities, the Contractor will provide associated support, operating activities, and services. The Contractor must provide a safe, efficient, hygienic, enjoyable family-friendly environment for the community.
