The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
Air-Conditioning Upgrade Works
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
- Minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2
- Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Governments' PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher)

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Friday 11th October at 14:00pm AEST
