The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is seeking a supplier to provide a workplace review.  The objectives of the review are to make actionable recommendations regarding:

• The optimal structure and staffing to support the sustainable, safe and efficient delivery of prosecution and confiscation services, including corporate services, that support the service delivery
• Any systems or process changes needed to support its efficient operation and/or the effective management of appropriate surge and/or supporting resources
• The high-level change plan (including identifying any support capability required and interdependencies) to transition ODPP from the current state to future state.

“Please note that during this tender and tender response evaluation period, Queensland Government will be in Caretaker Mode and relevant conventions apply.  We draw your attention to Clause 21 of the General Conditions of Contract  – Termination for convenience.  In the event of an incoming government (either existing or new) not wishing to proceed with this project, we reserve the right to invoke this Clause.  Please note that the Caretaker period ends when the incoming government is sworn in”
