| The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to submit an Offer to provide Management Services including Transaction, Commercial and Financial Services (Management Advisor Partner/ MAP) for the Direct Sunshine Coast Line project (DSC Project).
The Offeror is required to have demonstrated transaction, commercial and financial experience leading the procurement activities for multi-package, major rail and transport infrastructure projects. It will also have significant commercial and financial experience in collaborative contracts and other delivery models.
