The Queensland Government on behalf of the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is undertaking the procurement of a suitably qualified D&C Building Contractor to design, document and construct the Ipswich Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Residential Rehabilitation Facility Project.

The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:

Construction of a new Residential and Rehabilitation Facility that will deliver the following:

  • residential accommodation units for adults with 35 rehabilitation beds and 10 withdrawal management beds;
  • administration buildings;
  • therapy units; and
  • support and recreational facilities.
