Forensic Scientific Services (FSS) Temporary Mortuary Body Storage - D&C Building Contractor
The State of Queensland through Queensland Health, Health Capital Division (HCD) on behalf of Queensland Public Health and Scientific Services (QPHaSS) Forensic and Scientific Services (FSS) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified Contractors to design, construct and install a modular temporary mortuary at John Tonge Centre, Coopers Plains (the Project).
A two stage procurement process will be undertaken to appoint the successful Contractor:
Stage One – Expressions of Interest to short list Contractors; then
Stage Two – Request for Offer process undertaken with the shortlisted Contractors.
Stage One is an open process with any contractor with a PCQ Level 3 or above able to submit an EOI response (or the ability to be PQC registered before Stage 2 is completed).
The EOI response consists of only non-price and is structured in a way that does not require a high amount of resourcing to provide a high quality response.
It is anticipated that approximately three (3) contractors will be selected to proceed to Stage Two to ensure the shortlisted contractors provide a highly competitive Stage Two submission.
For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this Expression of Interest, please review the “Expression of Interest" documentation.
