The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Principal Consultant (including Sub-Consultants) for the provision of the following services on the Moura Multipurpose Health Service Aged Care Expansion:
A Principal Consultant is required to complete the Scope of Works, incorporating the following roles, but not limited to:
Architect
Clinical Planner
Structural Engineer
Mechanical Engineer
Electrical Engineer
Hydraulic Engineer
Fire (Wet and Dry) Engineer Building Certifier
Acoustic Consultant
Other specialist sub-consultants considered necessary to complete the Project
