Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport & Main Roads) for the appointment of a Principal Contractor for the construction of a new Soils Preparation Building at the TMR Depot located at 44 Tiffin Street, Roma.

A PQC2 minimum rating and attendance at a site visit to be held Wednesday 30th March 2011 will be required for submitted offers to be considered.

All schedules contained within the Specification document and the Medium Works Tender Form must be completed and submitted as part of the tender response.
