Review of the CMC Organisation Design and Resourcing requirements
The purpose of this project is to review and report on the structure and resourcing requirements of the CMC with particular regard to the staffing levels to ensure effective strategy execution. In addition, the review is to identify sustainable approaches to organising resources that are aligned to the strategic and operational objectives of the CMC.
