Multi Cargo Facility - Procurement and Construction Legal Services
North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation Limited (NQBP) is finalising planning for the Multi Cargo Facility (MCF) at the Port of Abbot Point. The MCF is a reclamation of approximately 320ha and will provide 12 shipping berths.
Legal services will be required to assist with the development of contract documents for an Early Contract Involvement (ECI) contracting strategy and to provide legal advice during the tender and construction phases of the project.
