DERM requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor to review DERM's disaster management and business continuity plans and recommend improvements to the functionality of these plans. The successful Offerer is required to review the performance of the existing plans activated during the December 2010 - January 2011 floods and Tropical Cyclone Yasi. Both natural disasters resulted in significant economic and environmental damage across more than 70 per cent of Queensland.
