WCQ1611 ITO for the provision of building works at 280 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, Queensland.
The building works will comprise, but is not limited to the following:
Demolition and refurbishment of internal Ground Floor spaces Upgrade to external areas on the Ground Floor Addition of facade access system Facade remediation works in accordance with the specification.
