The objective is to appoint a suitable Consultant to provide Professional Architectural and Principal Consultancy Services for the Rockhampton Renewal Project at CQUniversity’s Rockhampton campus, as described in the Terms of Reference. The renewal will be achieved by decommissioning and demolishing three major buildings that require extensive refurbishment to achieve their original functionality, transferring learning activities and staff and student accommodation to the remaining building infrastructure. This will be achieved through the recovery of under-utilised teaching space in remaining buildings and the re-organisation of internal space to increase building efficiency.
