NQBP is in the process of developing a man-made reclaimed harbour known as the Abbot Point Multi Cargo Facility (MCF) to cater for future growth in demand at the port. The MCF involves dredging and reclamation to create a sheltered man-made harbour within the waters of the port.
NQBP is to procure a contractor to design and construct (D&C) dredging and reclamation works for Stage 1 of the MCF (Terminals 2 and 3).
Through this invitation, NQBP is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants for a Cost and Risk Advisor to assist in evaluating D&C Offers from the two ECI Participants
