The Department of Transport & Main Roads Facilities & Accommodation Solutions Branch requires architectual consultancy services to complete intial concept design and costing, final design, and project management of the construction of a new Soils Preparation Building in Caboolture, Queensland.
Tenderers are required to offer in stages:
Stage One: Initial Concept & Costing
Stage Two: Final Design
Stage Three: Project Management
The Facilities & Accommodation Solutions Branch reserves the right to determine when/if to progress to later stages. There is no guarantee that all stages will be required for supply.
