Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requires a Consultant specialising in the procurement of infrastructure contracts to undertake work within the Engineering and Technology Division (E&T). The consultant will also be required to provide further procurement advice to review, evaluate and compare Panel application submissions against pre-determined assessment criteria and report outcomes.
