The CMC requires the services of a suitably qualified individual or organisation to survey its workforce in order to obtain snapshots at various points in time, of the organisational climate and the factors that determine how effectively the organisation addresses areas of concern. The CMC intends to administer a combination of survey instruments to all staff over the next three years.
