Extension of Old Fort Road
The Department of Environment and Resource Management ( DERM) is inviting offer for the extension of the existing Old Fort Road, Kirknie, approximately 25km south west of Home Hill.
This project will provide access to existing farming land at the end of the proposed works and to the as yet undeveloped farming land at the south eastern end of the works of the proposed new side road. The project is a legacy of the subdivision of properties as part of the Burdekin River Irrigation Project.
The successful contractor is to carry out the work detailed in the Drawings and Specifications including supply of materials and provision of plant and labour to complete the works.
