Manual count of Pedestrians and Cyclists using Ted Smout bridge
The department requires a manual count of active transport usage for a recently completed piece of infrastructure. The purpose of this job request is to procure Data Audit Systems to undertake a manual data collection exercise over 3 days on the Ted Smout Bridge. The project will collect the numbers of cyclists and pedestrians using Bridge, giving the department a snapshot of daily average usage in lieu of a permanent data counter being installed
