Suitably qualified tenderers are invited to tender for works to upgrade the existing Courtyard Toilets at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre improving the amenities to accommodate expanding patronage in the Cascade Court, whilst completing the other mechanical, hydraulic and electrical works. The objective is to improve the amenities to accommodate expanding patronage in this space and have all works completed by 30 December 2011.
A summary of the deliverables are; * Refurbish the Courtyard public toilet and ground floor staff toilet facilities; * Install the Ground Floor staff office kitchenette including equipment; * Complete related mechanical ductwork modifications to car park ventilation and toilet exhaust systems; & * Complete associated hydraulics and electrical services related to the above works.
Note:Tenderers are required to have a PQC Level 1 for this project.
Price: $ 174017.80
Comments: This is a fixed price contract (including GST) which will only change if during the performance of the contract the scope of works changes.
