Provision of preventive maintenance of the Air Conditioning and Freezer units at the Queensland Herbarium
The Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) is inviting offers from interested parties to establish a contract to maintain the air conditioning and freezer units at the Queensland Herbarium, Toowong in accordance with the appropriate standards.
This contract shall be for a period of Twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.1 of this offer, with an option to extend for a further two (2) x twelve (12) month terms based on contractor performance and the Department’s need for this arrangement.
Annual performance reviews will be conducted every twelve (12) months to assess contractor performance, provide feedback to the project manager and adjust offerors pricing schedule(s) if required
