The Department of Education and Training (the Department) is seeking the development of an operationalisation plan that details how the MyHR application suite can move towards being an integrated part of DET’s normal operations. It is essential that a seamless transfer of support between the project team and the production team occur with no downtime and no confusion over who is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation and access. The plan will guide and control how the MyHR suite of applications are transferred from project control to ‘Business as Usual’.
Agencies are to respond with a proposal highlighting their proposed approach to the development of an operational plan and related material for the transition of the MyHR application suite into DET’s overall operations.
