The Office of Early Childhood Education and Care is responsible for funding, regulating and licensing early childhood education and care services in Queensland. The office is preparing to implement a number of national partnerships, legislative requirements and funding programs over the coming years. As the office is still in the establishment stage a number of projects have been initiated to ensure the office is able to meet existing obligations and address current constraints.
The primary objectives of the ECEC Grants Management Project, ECEC Reporting Project and National Quality Agenda are to: - Select, design and implement a system to manage grant-related documentation and transactions online; - Improve online accessibility to information for internal, external and regional stakeholders anytime, anywhere; - Improve business efficiency and accountability; - Develop an Information Management Strategy and Roadmap that will support the office by improving management of information.
The Office of Early Childhood Education and Care now has a requirement for a specialist Systems Analyst with proven ability to support the primary objectives of the projects and advance the progress of the projects.
