This invitation comprises of two (2) stages as detailed in the Invitation to Offer QPS10-019 (A & B) documentation.
The closing time and date of 11.00 am 21 April 2010 refers to the lodgement of responses for QPS10-019 (A) -Stage 1 only. Offer responses for QPS10-019 (B)-Stage 2 will close on 11.00am on 11 May 2010. The Invitation to Offer documentation will not be available for downloading after closing of offers on 21 April 2010.
Clarifications provided post 21 April 2010 will be disseminated by email to organisations submitting an Offer for Stage 1.
Offers are to be submitted for both Stages to be eligible for consideration.
Offers for each stage are to be submitted in hard copy and CD in accordance with the instructions detailed in the Invitation document.
