2008/6221/T PERIOD CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INSULATORS
The scope of this contract is for the supply and delivery of Insulators as per the contract specification/s and the General Conditions of Contract. The contract has been arranged into four (4) Separate parts and these parts are as follows: SEPARATE PART 1 - OVERHEAD LINE PORCELAIN AND GLASS INSULATORS SEPARATE PART 2 - OUTDOOR PORCELAIN STATION POST INSULATORS SEPARATE PART 3 - COMPOSITE LONGROD INSULATORS SEPARATE PART 4 - COMPOSITE LINE POST INSULATORS The successful Tenderer/s will be required to provide a central warehousing facility from which Ergon Energy can place orders for the supply and delivery of Insulators to its 5 (five) regional warehouses. The Supplier/s will be required to maintain buffer stocks in accordance with the Purchasers requirements. Delivery time for all items after the buffer stock has been established will be ten (10) days.
