The State Valuation Service (SVS) is a Business unit established on a commercial basis within NRW to provide valuation services (property, plant and machinery) across Government. The SVS is the lead agent for property valuation within the Queensland State Government. SVS employs approximately 130 valuers across a network of 19 offices to provide an equitable, independent valuation service. The department is seeking offers from suitably qualified providers to entering into a Standing Offer Arrangement.
