As part of the Queensland Health Rostering and Payroll Replacement (QHIC) project, Workbrain will replace ESP as the Queensland Health rostering engine. Workbrain represents a new product set not previously supported by CorpTech. As such it is essential that knowledge transfer, through shadowing, be available for various Service Delivery support teams to enable these groups to support the solution once the extended support period ends at the completion of the third pay run post go live. It is therefore essential that a competent Workbrain functional expert be engaged to:
• Provide supplementary knowledge transfer to core CorpTech support resources both pre and post go live; Undertake incident analysis and defect resolution and provide general support of the Workbrain solution post golive. *****UPDATE***** This role includes out of hours on-call support. The contractor will be part of the team that are rostered to provide 24/7 support. It is envisaged that most of the on-call work would be remote but Severity 1 issues may require on-site attendance. As such the contractor will be paid an allowance when rostered to be on-call: $17.75 (GST inc) Monday-Friday (6pm and 6am) $22.40 (GST inc) Saturday Sunday and Public holidays (6pm-6am) $35.50 (GST inc) Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays (whole of day). These rates will apply on a per-on-call shift basis whether the contractor is called or not. In addition the contractor will be paid an hourly rate in the event that any work is required to be performed whilst on-call. The hourly rate will be 1/8th of the daily rate and a minimum charge of 1 hour is to be applied for remote work and 2 hours for on-site work. |
