The Department of Education, Training and the Arts is currently progressing a major initiative aimed at transforming education service delivery with the primary objective of enhancing student learning. The OneSchool initiative has engaged a Guiding Coalition of 150 school ICT leaders throughout the state to ensure the initiative remains student focused. The Department wishes to procure the following: • Commercial off the shelf (COTS) software system licenses (preferably enterprise class), with the standard, out-of-box COTS System functionality to be used with configuration as far as possible while avoiding customisation and building enhancements to the COTS System; and • Annual maintenance, knowledge transfer & support arrangements on a fixed price basis (as part of Level 3 Support).
