Provision of engineering consultancy services to develop the following documents: • Concept of Operations (COO) for the operation of Bruce Highway from Beams Road to D’Augilar Highway using LUMS and co-ordinated ramp signalling. • Review traffic data and analysis for ramp signalling storage requirements for all on-ramps. • Undertake Managed motorway workshops for training on Ramp Signalling requirements. • Undertake additional consultancy services for peer review of project documentation.
