The Queensland Police Service is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply of DNA sampling kits. The period of this Standing Offer Arrangement is twelve (12) months with the option to renew for four (4) further periods of 12 months (e.g. 12 + 12 + 12 + 12 + 12) at the sole discretion of the QPS.
