The purpose of this Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) is to establish a Panel of providers with the ability to supply a range of concrete products within the Townsville RoadTek area of influence (see attached map) which meet The Department of Transport and Main Roads standards. These services would be on an as and where required basis for the life of the offer with the view to extending service requirements for an additional 2 x 12 month periods.
